Damage does occasionally occur in shipment however, to ensure that you will receive a replacement machine or refund we ask that you run your machine upon arrival, and notify simplesealers.com if any damage has occured.
Due to the deeply discounted pricing offered by simplesealers.com, no warranty past the seven day period exists on the equipment, however parts and service are always available as is free technical assistance (by phone or email) for any equipment purchased from simplesealers.com.

For replacement or refund simplesealers.com must be notified within 7 business days of reception of equipment. Equipment must then be returned with all parts and accesories in its original packaging. You (the customer) are responsible for shipping charges in the event of returned equipment.
Refunds and exchanges will only be provided once equipment has been returned to simplesealers.com.

In the event that equipment requires parts or servicing over time, Simplesealers.com carries replacement parts for all equipment that it supplies. Parts are available from the product catalog on-line, or by phone order. Simplesealers.com will also service equipment shipped back. Please provide a description of any issues the equipment has, and wait for a quotation prior to shipment.
