The DBF-1000 horizontal heat sealer
is a inlating band type continuous sealing machine.
Ideal for sealing pouches of all sizes. Sealing belts are oriented horizontally (face operator) to allow for easy access and high throughput.
A compressor provides positive pressure for air filled bags in product packaging.
Features adjustable sealing temperature and conveyor speed.
Max loading weight of 3kg is ideal for most consumer good packaging applications.

Package Specifications & Usage Recomendations
Polyethylene: 150-160C (302-320 F)
Polypropylene: 170-180C (338-356 F)
Polyolefine Compounds: 180-190C (356-374 F)
Not recomended for liquids or small particle products (sand etc.) A vertically oriented machine (FR-900V) is better.
Use cooling fan after use to prolong teflon belt life.
